Good to know
• Please come directly to the restaurant "Bristol Lounge" at the Hotel Bristol where a table is reserved for you from 6 pm on. During your dinner you will also receive your tickets and gift vouchers
• Vegetarian menus available upon request. To be submitted at least 5 days prior to the concert date.
• Smart evening attire is advised. No sneakers, jeans or shorts are permitted in the concert halls
• Tip: If traveling to the concert by UBahn or SBahn via Karlsplatz station make sure you exit from the end of the platform where the U2 train stops - follow the purple signs and then look for the Musikverein exit signs on the platform. The station is a large underground complex and leaving from other exits can result in you being a long way from the venue.
• A current valid ID is required while collecting discount tickets otherwise the difference to the full price must be paid on the spot, refund is not possible

Your evening begins with dinner at the Restaurant Bristol, located in the Hotel Bristol, next to the Vienna State Opera.
After dinner head to the The Musikverein, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant, and enjoy your entertainment by the Vienna Mozart Orchestra.

Cancel at least 6 full days before the start time: 100% refund.
Cancel between 2 and 6 days before the start time: 50% refund.
Cancel within 2 days of the start time: 0% refund.
